Leaves and the Theatre

 Kicking through leaves is such a joy, such an imperative memory from autumn it was wonderful to watch George do just that on the way home from the bus through the absolute PILES of fallen crispy leaves.

We went to see Wind in the Willows at Todmorden Hippodrome with School. This was Jon and George's first visit there and only my second. Such a lovely venue and such an amazing performance. All the main characters were outstanding. I mean truly, the singing and acting was soo professional. I must also mention how amazing the gangster wild wooders were, the chief weasel in her pinstripe white suit and trilby in particular blew me away. 

 A special addition because i was wearing the lovely handmade dress my instagram friend Mrs Happy Frock made me - along with the gorgeous matching kooky necklace. Thank you RC it's such a happy and bright patchwork and stripe gorgeosity.
