You give a little love

It's three weeks today since we got married. I can't believe time has flown by so quickly...It seems like yesterday that we were picking blackberries from the hedges up by G's flat to make jam for favours, deciding to have a cake of cheese and getting excited about our taste test and finding Samlesbury Hall as if by magic and knowing instantly it was the perfect place.
It's a dreadful cliche, but in this instance is entirely true - it *was* the best day of my life - made so by my partner of twelve years, the love of my life and now my incredibly wonderful husband Jon, my utterly amazing soulmate, other love of my life and very best friend Scrib who not only walked me down the aisle but looked after me all day, my little blue elephant bezzie and bridesmaid Shaz, Jon's best friend and best man Tim and his wife Sandy, Our fabulous usher Sean and his wife Amy, Jon's Mum and Dad - and now my Mum and Dad B plus Sibling families Campbells and Meads, our very dearest friends from Penrith, Manchester and beyond, the fantastically talented John burrows -hardest working photographer in the world- even when dying of a cold! and the unspeakably supportive and very brilliant Lindsay and Angela and all the staff at the Hall who looked after us magnificently.
To celebrate the mini-versary here is Bugsy Malone. A sensational film with the very best soundtrack, this particular song was chosen by us to play whilst we signed the register...all the while tapping my flowery Doc Martens under the table.

Remember Love.
