Did I tell you about the pie?

We were lucky enough to be gifted a beautiful Le Creuset pie dish by LC when we got married a couple of weeks ago and *this* was my first go at using it.....



The steak of the filling was cooked by J with much TLC - a long slow stew using chuck steak with red wine, beef stock, bay leaves and thyme....

I later added chunky pieces of potato, carrot and peas to make it a real meal in a pie.


Delicious...and this lasted us three days :) Thankyou LC! xxx
