First proper day of autumn...I couldn't be happier to welcome the autumn weather.

Mum and counselling

L-R Stella, Moira and Mum. Today is Mum's birthday, or rather it would have been. She would have been 79. It's ten years since she died.

I had my appointment with IAPT in Hebden in the afternoon. Hopefully the beginning of coming to terms with losing her and Dad and the anxiety it causes.
